An Employer of Record (EOR) employs staff on behalf of other companies. Along with Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs) firms, they enable South Africa to be the global outsourcing hub which it is. While BPOs provide outsourced ‘functions’ to businesses, EORs effectively enable remote individual employees to be hired.

Basically, you gain a grateful and loyal member of your team to integrate into your company like you would with any hire in the UK, but with payroll, benefits and compliance taken care of for you, and at exceptional value. 

They’ll be your team member/s, using your systems, following your procedures and managed by you – you just rest easy knowing that all the administration behind their employment is in good hands, saving you time and stress.

The Process

From Call to Colleague

 

The process is simple. You start by engaging SA Konexion Ltd, our UK-based and owned company. We then work with our South African EOR partner, SA Konexion (Pty) Ltd, which becomes the legal employer of your new team member. Throughout the process you contract only with the UK entity and make all payments in GBP to a UK bank account, keeping everything straightforward and compliant.

Our Simple, Transparent Fees

Whatever the Role or Salary, We Keep Our Costs Clear and Upfront

Our fee structure has been set to be as simple and transparent as possible.

Whatever the role or salary in question, we charge a one-off fee for Setup and Recruitment.

Then an ongoing monthly Payroll / Compliance fee of £150

If the candidate is sourced through via our agency network, there will be a 3rd party recruitment fee payable in addition, which varies but can be estimated to be approx. 10% of a candidate’s salary

If it doesn’t work out in the first 3 months, we’ll find a replacement free of charge.

  • Setup Fee – £500

  • Recruitment Fee – £1,200 (if the candidate is sourced through our recruitment agency network), OR

  • Recruitment Fee – £2,000 (if the candidate is sourced directly)
