Our story began with JFM Block & Estate Management, one of London’s leading independent residential managing agents. Facing the same challenges most SMEs do – rising UK salaries, skilled staff shortages, and fierce competition – JFM turned to South Africa. JFM’s success in the sector, led James Farrar, our owner & Managing Director of SA Konexion, and co-founder of JFM to start wanting to help other UK SMEs uncover the same benefits which JFM had enjoyed.
